Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Hiring manager asked about my current job situation: $, potential start date, commute
Directors asked behavioral interview questions: Tell me about a time that you had X problem, and how you resolved it.
My interview process was facilitated by a recruiter, external to the company. Interactions with him were great, and he was very communicative. However, the actual hiring manager was unresponsive throughout several months of interviews. The interviews were always pleasant, but if I had follow-up questions from the meeting or even just sent a thank you, there was no response.
