Neo4j PHP Web Developer interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter who could barely speak English. This was frustrating because they were my main contact with Neo4j and communication is of the utmost importance. She was also very pushy and wanted me to meet her manager "within the next fifteen minutes". I explained to her that I had prior commitment and told her I would be available early in the morning. I met with her Manager the next morning using a popular web conferencing tool. This meeting was a half hour long were we essentially just went over my resume. The manager contacted me later that same day to setup a phone screening with someone at Neo4j which was scheduled for the next day. I have been working in development for almost twenty years now and know what to expect in an interview. My expectations were completely wrong. This is the first time I wasn't asked any technical questions. While I was preparing for my interview I found some content on the company website that correlated directly to the position I was applying for( WordPress Plugin Development). I brought up the article to the person I was interviewing with and he had no idea it even existed on the platform he is responsible for. I understand that we sometimes work with large sites but you should have an idea of what content exists especially when it pertains to what you do.
