I was sent an interactive assessment to gauge my call center skills. After that I scheduled an interview with an NPi supervisor through the temp agency. The interview itself was about 30 minutes.

Pretty easy, they hire anyone. The interview is over the phone and not very long. Then you come in to the office and fill out background information about your past and household. There is a federal background and drug test that you have to be pass. They do say they will hire you depending on the charge
