Neptune Society Sales Manager - Michigan interview questions

Ridiculous!! Neptune's CareerBuilder listing says position has a BASE pay of $70 - $120,000/year and during the HR phone interview I was told it paid $70 - $80,000 as a BASE salary and then commission with the potential to earn over $100k. All NOT true!! Has a "declining base" pay for 4 months which equals $7.81 an hour (at 40 hours per week) and then ZERO base pay after 4 months!! So you are basically 100% commission only from day one on that measly base pay. Also, they expect you to cover the entire state but pay NO mileage reimbursement! And….recruit, hire, train and mentor a sales team from scratch, so it isn't like you even have any commission immediately from overrides from your downline when you start. Total waste of time! Might be fine for someone right out of High School with no education….completely entry level!
