I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nerdery (Bloomington, MN) in Apr 2011
Interview
I applied online last year and received a call randomly, seven months later from someone. The interview process was very standard, came back for a second interview, then a few days later received an offer. The offer was abysmally low, which I negotiated higher, but with my years of software development leadership, they gave me 25k less than I should have received.
