I applied online and had the first phone interview. I was immediately passed to the second round which is putting together a project plan. After I was told if I "passed" I would be moved on to the third round on-site interview.
I will be honest, I'm very hesitant about spending time on this PP after spending a few hours reading all of their interviews and feedback (most recent in the last six months). I get that an organization can change and they had leadership change six months ago, but the negative feedback from current employees just keeps rolling in; the latest was just yesterday. I was excited at the opportunity to interview but I have a bad feeling in my gut about the health of the organization. The reason I love GlassDoor is that the feedback is real and authentic. When employees can submit things anonymously, I feel this is where you are going to get the most real feedback. This is the real deal! I saw so many keywords in the latest feedback; distrust, lack of loyalty, sell the company, lost executive team, lack of diversity, cronyism..... these words come up in feedback just within the last six months. YIKES!!
I'm apprehensive about moving forward. I might just lay this project plan assignment down and choose to walk away. I have no idea what I would be walking into. I'm all on board with vision and sometimes drastic changes must be made, however clearly there's something not right here. Truthful feedback doesn't lie.
