First interview was a basic phone screen with an HR person. Was asked about my experience, what I wanted out of the job, and technologies I would be willing to learn. They sent me a development challenge that consisted of building a data-driven game tracking system, which would have taken about 8-10 hours to complete. I wound up not doing the challenge since I took an offer elsewhere, but everything was pretty straightforward and pleasant.
