Interviewers were very pleasant. It was a very day though. 4 hours. They first did presentation, then they gave you case studies for 40mins and you had to evaluate, draw conclusions and make decisions then they asked several questions about what you had prepared. Next was the interview which was competency/strength based. then a q&a with current apprentices. I noticed the workforce was not diverse at all. The interview process was very formal and standardised. You’re very welcome for some of the questions 😉

how would you feel if you were presented with complex data? tell us about a time you worked with numbers/complex data? nestle wants to invest with a farmer as a supplier, there are two options: the well-established successful farm that will help nestle expand and produce, or the organic line who are facing hard times after a flood. Which of the two would you pick and why? What is your key strength? would your friends and family see you as a hardworking person? What is a challenge that you have accomplished? tell us about a difficult time in which you were able to be successful in the end? in many different ways they asked this question but worded differently: what would you do if if your colleague breaking the code of conduct? what would you do if your colleague was behaving negatively towards the team? what would you do if your colleague was acting differently? what skills would you like to develop? complex task you were responsible for completing?
