Applied online and after one week received an e-mail that I progress to the next phase. Quite confusing - several e-mails from different HR partners and then a long list of tests plus a video interview (recording) to be done in just 3 days. For the people still working- this is very tough to manage. Very lengthy tests : SHL (numerical, logical), plus the classical 50 questions in 12 mins, behavioural test. Video interview - very dry classical questions, including questioning travelling abilities (which felt odd in the current worldwide situation). Although both HR contacts mentioned they are open to questions, none of my e-mails ever got a reply. After finishing all the tests, interview etc. on time - I got a super generic dry e-mail with no useful feedback on my performance. Very cold process, never got more info about the role, the breadth of the opportunity and the impact.
