I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nestlé in Apr 2018
Interview
Very standard and reliable, fair and honest. Positive experience. Good communication and response time. Good level of support during the process and not too lengthy process itself. Not too much room for salary negotiation though.
Got two phase. 1st is virtual and 2nd is face to face. They do ask 3 months payslip and IC copy before interview which I think not good unless you are being hiring. Red flag
Repetetive questions, nice HR but manager seemed judgmental, since I had no experience in this field (kept asking about finance, when I said i have no experience), overall i did not have a very great experience.
The supportive team environment fosters collaboration and encourages professional growth. I appreciate the emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail, which aligns perfectly with my values as a financial professional.
