1 behavioral, 1 technical interview. All within the same day, quite an easy process, everyone is very friendly. Summer internship program, must apply by mid to late March. The process is pretty simple.

The interviewer had a good way to ask questions without pressuring the candidates. When I was not able to answer that question, they reassured me and gave further explanation about the answer.

From my understanding, how should I apply quality skills in production scale, especially in a factory?
a compliated interveiw process (more than 3 rounds), there is hr call, group interview with other candidates, hiring manger interview; a bit too much i would say i rather go for other company
Phone interview first the an in person interview.
Each taking about an hour. Multiple people in a panel from across all departments. They were all reading from a script. Each person seemed to take a part of the script that they liked and applied questions based on what was on the script.
