Went through several rounds. Two phone interviews, online assessment, and ultimately in person. Everyone was very nice and had great communication about timeline and next steps. The office was nice and welcoming.
They asked a mix of behavioral and experience-based questions that focused on how I’ve handled core HR responsibilities in past roles. Overall, the interview focused on practical, hands-on HR operations work.
