Nestlé Service Pillar Executive interview questions

extensive but interesting process. Total having 3 stages of interview. The first stage was with HR and hiring manager. This stage interview is more like other main interview for other company which covers my experience explanation and job scope expectation eloborations. For 2nd stage of interview is more toward knowing my personal characters. Last stages was for recipe development and cooking interview as this will be part of job scope.
