NetSuite has a very positive interview process. I felt very relaxed and at ease as I went through the interview. I felt that the interview was a good combination of assessing my personality along with assessing my skills/readiness for the job. NetSuite is also very astute in their interview process in that they listen to whatever you list as a strength and make sure to let you exercise your strength upon being hired.
