Interview
One telephonic round followed by face to face round and then followed by HR. Once telephonic round is cleared recruiter asked for face to face interview which 2nd level interview.
Once it is cleared HR discussion happens which is regular discussion. After that, i was sent to have discussion with department director. Here you discuss more on job title, profile and salary.

The interview process at Netcracker is a complete joke! I gave an entire interview loop (spanning over 3 weeks) to be rejected at the end inspite of all rounds being great. The HR called up the next day asking me to interview for another team, so I spent another month for a new loop of 4 interviews including the final HR round. After this round they decided I can level up to a Lead role and they asked for another interview. The HR asked for my documents to process the offer and... well after that... everyone just disappeared! I followed up multiple times but previously eager HRs became unresponsive and unprofessional. They either couldn't match my salary expectation or found another candidate. Either way highly unprofessional conduct and wastage of time and resources for everyone.

Do not waste your time , they just interview the candidates and then ghost you:
The HR were insisting on giving interview and it seemed they had urgent openings so I accepted to appear for interviews. The interviewer asked few questions around go language and most of them were easy. After this the HR did not revert back. They should show little decency to atleast let the candidate know about his application status. If we are giving our valuable time for your interview, you can spare few seconds and send a mail or sms or call and inform about the selection/ rejection status to the candidates. I found the overall hiring panel including the HR highly unprofessional. Do not waste your time

Most of the questions were around go routines, concurrency, and general syntax of the language. No logical reasoning or problem solving skill will be tested here.

Technical rounds contains scenario based questions involving C/C++ and database queries. Mostly it is gauzed if you are willing for a long term stay or not. They are not looking for too much tech savvy guys.
