Friendly, Welcoming, and Streamlined Process
Everyone I interacted with at Netflix was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. From the start, the process was made as smooth and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and genuine support at every step. It felt collaborative rather than intimidating, and I appreciated the transparency and respect shown throughout. Overall, it was a very positive experience that reflects the company’s strong culture and values.
Talked to the recruiter and then hiring manager within HR. Was then asked to submit script coverage. Then met with direct supervisor as well as another high up exec in the department. Overall experience took around one month.
