Great company culture with supportive, driven colleagues. The environment encourages accountability, decisiveness, and a proactive mindset. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, learning, and making a real impact within your team and area. The company is innovative and open to experimenting with new tools, technologies, and ways of working.

Cons

As with many companies operating across US and Warsaw time zone, occasional late meetings are sometimes necessary. Colleagues based in the US are generally considerate of the time difference and try to schedule earlier when possible. Flexible working hours help offset this in most cases.
