All potential candidates were invited to a dinner the night prior to the interview. Members from upper-management shared their experiences with the company. A couple of employees reiterated similar ideals that upper-management discussed. All candidates then arrived the following morning at their headquarters in Overland Park, KS. We were given breakfast and the interview process was explained to us. We were each taken to separate rooms and spoke with three different members of the company. For me, the first member was a Software Engineer, the second member was a manager, and the third was from Human Resources. In contrast to how many software engineering interviews typically proceed, we were never asked any technical/whiteboard questions, but rather all behavioral/company culture questions.
