Interview
Received an email to attend an assessment centre in Milton Keynes with no mention of being compensated for overnight stay or travel, unlike other companies. When I asked about it, they said they can cover it only for a"reasonable price". Assessment centre was good, a bit unorganised in some aspects as people who were meant to come didn't end up coming. Split into groups, included 2-on-1 interview with which was half technical and half competency based questions and a group exercise amongst other small presentations given to you. Thought I done well as well as many other people there. Was told we were to hear back within 2 weeks with feedback on how we did. called back after 2 weeks and was told that i would hear back very soon. 5 weeks since the assessment centre and I finally received an email saying that I was on hold as they couldn't offer me a place. Checked with everyone else I kept in contact with and they said the same. Emailed back as I still didn't receive my reimbursement for hotel and travel. Was told to fill in a form. Did so, returned, still no reply. Emailed again. No reply. When they do reply, its a few weeks late. Awful at getting back to you and wouldn't recommend in my experience, dodged a bullet.
