I was asked to prepare a presentation about something that I did in university for the interview. Then I was asked questions about my CV and at the end I had a mini assessment on some structural related exercises.

process took over 3 months after submitting my CV i was asked to complete a set of online tests and then was invited to complete a video interview where the questions weren't as i predicted, rather than the standard questions (why do you wanna work for us, state your strengths etc) they were situational judgement tests.

Online application followed by Situational Judgement Test followed by app based numerical/logical/verbal reasoning tests. If successful you are invited to complete video interview where you capture yourself answering situational based questions. 90 seconds to prepare and 120 seconds to answer each question.
