The interview began with an easy aptitude round, followed by three progressively harder pseudocode rounds with textbook questions, and ended with an HR round. Interviewers were very warm, supportive, and encouraging.

I recently appeared for the Neudesic placement process, and the first stage was the aptitude round. This round mainly tested our problem-solving skills and basic reasoning ability. It was conducted offline and had a fixed time limit. The aptitude section included the following types of questions: Quantitative Aptitude: Questions based on time and work, percentages, ratios, profit and loss, and number systems. Logical Reasoning: Puzzles, series completion, direction sense, seating arrangements, and syllogisms. Verbal Ability: Reading comprehension, grammar-based questions, synonyms/antonyms, and sentence correction. The level of difficulty was moderate, with a few tricky logical reasoning questions. Time management was key because some questions required quick calculations and sharp logic. No negative marking was a plus, so attempting all questions was encouraged. Overall, the aptitude round tested core analytical skills and was a good mix of different topics. Preparing through mock tests and basic aptitude practice helped a lot.

There were 4 rounds of interview. Interview was based on problem solving skills to write pseudo codes for the given problem. At last there was a managerial round. Internship was offered at first and then converted to full time opportunity.
