I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic
Interview
Process began with applying online. I got an email within the same week asking for availability to take a call. I responded with my availability and didn’t hear back for over a week. I eventually reached out again to see if they still wanted to take a call. I eventually got a response and call was scheduled. From the first minute the call started, I felt like I was being rushed and the interviewer was extremely aggressive. It put me on the defensive and I felt I had to defend why I applied for the position. It was the most bizarre phone screening I’ve ever experienced. I got off the call feeling both angry and offended. I’m not sure how New Relic has such a high company rating with people like that..
