The interview process at New Relic was structured and thorough. It began with a technical assessment focused on problem-solving and coding. Next, there were multiple rounds with engineers and hiring managers covering technical expertise, DSA,OS,OOPS, and situational questions about teamwork and collaboration. The final round included behavioral questions and a discussion about company culture. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional, and interviewers were friendly and genuinely interested in my experience.
