Interview
I had the initial phone screen, 30 minutes with a junior recruiter where he explained the position and salary range. Asked if I was interested in proceeding in the interview process and I agreed at that time. Received an email request to setup a 1 hr phone screen with BI Data Director. After reading glassdoor review on the company I decided to pursue a different direction in my career search and sent an email withdrawing my application.
Four weeks later I receive an email " We have had a chance to review your resume and compare it against others who have expressed an interest in this position. Unfortunately, we have decided to pursue other candidates whose background appears to match our needs more closely. "
What are you guys doing ? I withdrew my application for this position. My guess is New Relic has to meet some type of recruiting quota and counts withdrawals as if they spent anytime interviewing me.

As a fresher, the first round of interview consited of an online coding test which had mcq's based on computer fundamental subjects such as OOP's , DBMS, OS and the had asked aptitude questions as well. They also had asked couple of coding questions one easy and another medium level. Threy had even asked SQL queries
3 rounds and hr round . Need to write first round to qualify for others. Mcq and 2 coding question and interview. Project discussion with hr round and sql questions where asked.
