Interview
They reached out me directly through LinkedIn saying that they needed someone like me. I didn't want to talk at the beginning, but after a while I decided to try and they invited me to their offices. They explained me what they were doing and how would I fit there. It was fine. Then they told me that there will be a technical interview and a technical test to do at home.
They made me go there for the tech interview and after an hour in front of a whiteboard asking me all kinds of theoretical questions, the guy sent me home before giving me any feedback face to face. I didn't
receive any follow up emails from them. I had to insist three times and after my third email they finally told me that I just "answered some things right and some others don't", so they rejected me. What a disrespectful way of driving a hiring process is that?.
If that's how you threat people, I definitely don't want to work for you.

As a fresher, the first round of interview consited of an online coding test which had mcq's based on computer fundamental subjects such as OOP's , DBMS, OS and the had asked aptitude questions as well. They also had asked couple of coding questions one easy and another medium level. Threy had even asked SQL queries
3 rounds and hr round . Need to write first round to qualify for others. Mcq and 2 coding question and interview. Project discussion with hr round and sql questions where asked.
