Secondly, five interviews with hiring manager, peers, internal stakeholders and team members. Quite casual in nature, more a conversation than an interview. Really helped to get a clear idea of what I would be getting myself into if I was offered and chose to take the role.
Last round was a presentation, where I had to present my 30-60-90 day plan. I had been told in the first interview that this would be the last round, so I had been gathering information relevant to the plan during the interviews.
