Question 1
What is your organizational style and how do you manage your time?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New Relic (Portland, OR) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied through both the job portal and reaching out directly to a contact on the recruiting team. The recruiter was very responsive and kept me up to date on their plans for bringing in candidates to interview. My first meeting was with the hiring manager. It was a short meeting used as an initial screening to see which candidates she wanted to bring in to meet the larger team. I was then asked back to interview with a group of 5 stakeholders. The interviews were one at a time and there was also a lunch scheduled with 2 of my potential team members. Following this interview I was asked back a third time to meet again with the hiring manager. This last interview did not seem to be the normal process but she had been out of town when I came in for the second round.
