I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at New Relic (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2019
Interview
The recruiter was extremely nice and helpful, he spent half an hour telling me about New Relic and how to prepare for the interview. The phone interview was mostly with HR, the technical side was short and vague, none of the usual easy questions like what is DNS, TCP handshake.. I actually thought it hadn't been that great but apparently I passed and was given a technical challenge, again I talked with the recruiter for almost an hour. I spent most of the day researching New Relic product given in the challenge and sent it.
Then I sent an email asking about the review, no reply, then I called the number in the email signature, it's unreachable(one of those that can call you but you can't call back). A few days later I said what the hell and called customer service and left a voice message for the recruiter.
I got ghosted alright, after they invested 2h in me and I invested those 2 plus interview preparation and research for technical challenge. So despite the recruiter being very nice and helpful, ghosting left a bad taste so I'm gonna rate it in the middle.
Technical challenge was to use their monitoring application and create customer support correspondence. The problem is supposed to be with NR application and it said to be creative, now I don't know how can you be creative with creating and resolving an error on something you haven't coded and have never used before, so I went with the default suggestion of the application not responding.

Started with screening call. Then interviews with hiring managers. Fair, asked good questions. Good people. I thought they were thorough but not overly aggressive. All well done by their team overall.
