Interview
New relics interview process was one of the best interview's I have encountered. I have done a lot of interviews and I really appreciated their transparency throughout the whole process. From the first call with the recruiter, they tell you the salary and the process you can expect. During the all day 'on-site' (virtual now) I was able to meet with the whole team that I would be working with and got a real feeling of what it would be like working with the team. I was asked a lot of questions about myself and my experience and less technical tricky questions which I appreciated. The hardest part of the interview would have been an interactive coding challenge, but they make it more of a pair programming experience so it was much more fun to go through than a white boarding question where they barley help you along. This helps me really get the sense of what working with the other developers felt like.

As a fresher, the first round of interview consited of an online coding test which had mcq's based on computer fundamental subjects such as OOP's , DBMS, OS and the had asked aptitude questions as well. They also had asked couple of coding questions one easy and another medium level. Threy had even asked SQL queries
3 rounds and hr round . Need to write first round to qualify for others. Mcq and 2 coding question and interview. Project discussion with hr round and sql questions where asked.
