All the process was remote because the virus situation.
- 1 hour screen interview with Recuiter, talking about the possition and briefly about my experience.
- 1 hour screen interview with Manager of the team.
- Technical Assignment to install the product, document all the process, and create a support case.
- 2 hours screen interview with two technical support engineers and two managers. Technical and behavior questions.
All the people I talked to was very nice and friendly.
After all this interviews, and the technical assignement, in which I spent a whole afternoon,I never get an email saying If I was accepted or not.
I waited for 10 days before reach two different HR persons I have talked previously, and they told me they will give me an answer next week. I waited almos two more weeks before writing them again cause they still had not reached me, and I never get a reply back from noone of them.
After all the time I spent doing the interviews and technical assigments, I at least expected an email rejecting me, but they did not even do that.

Started with screening call. Then interviews with hiring managers. Fair, asked good questions. Good people. I thought they were thorough but not overly aggressive. All well done by their team overall.
