Very disorganized, HR staff missed scheduled calls, and did not advise of last minute meeting rescheduling (after significant shuffling of calendar to meet their schedule). Very unprofessional, and gave the impression that though the company wants to get into enterprise sales, it is just not ready to support that type of business. Finally met with management and went through peer interview process, and was advised offer would be forthcoming. Complete radio silence from those personnel and HR team since. Spoke with others that had comparable experience. During peer interviews, was told that the company was not yet equipped to handle enterprise type business, and this is evident. Seem more suited to telephone sales and small dollar deals than complex enterprise business. Company has interesting technology but that is just part of a successful story for enterprise business. New Relic needs to up its game significantly.
