Applied on line, reached out via LI and connected with TA team. The initial call with the Director in SF was engaging and we found immediate common ground - good guy. I was moved to round 2 with the Portland TA lead who was a good rep for the company culture and strategic approach to acquiring talent. Was moved forward .. prepped for onsite visit.
