The interview process started out with a call with the recruiter, who was very excited about the conversation and the potential of me joining the team. The next step was speaking with the hiring manager about my background and skills, hear about the role in more detail and the team, and she left plenty of time for any questions I had. I really appreciated her making sure all of my questions and thoughts were addressed, instead of dominating the conversation like some other interviewers I've had in the past. The next step was an online interview which included giving a presentation of some previous work with a Q&A session afterwards, and a few 1:1 interviews after. Everybody I spoke with was very excited about the work they did and loved the company. The questions revolved around situations I had faced in previous roles, and a few hypothetical questions. I didn't get the sense of anybody trying to ask overly difficult questions, but just asking highly relevant questions. On top of that, everybody was so friendly and made sure to leave time for any questions I had. One interview session I had, the interviewer was gracious to stay on for an extra 20 minutes to continue answering questions. This was ended with reconnecting with the recruiter to see how things went and to talk about the next steps and the company itself a little bit more. Overall, the interview process was really pleasant, and everybody was so accommodating and interested in not only my work experience but me as a person. Highly enjoyable!
