They ramp up the process rather quickly. Interviews are done solely through zoom conference (fine if their connection is consistent). At first, the team seemed organized and solid. I interviewed 4x only to lose on a tech error that the hiring mgrs didn't want to address with the assignment. I accepted responsibility for something 100% not my fault. Spoke to a lack of organization.
