New Relic Principal Technical Account Manager interview questions

Stage 1 : Started with an intro call by the TA team and an explo call with the Director. Stage 2 : Technical Assignment (Given time of a week - took *me* 10-12 hours to complete) Stage 3 : Presentation of assignment from (1.5 hrs) Stage 4 : Call with VP (1 hr) Stage 5: Call with SVP (1 hr) Stage 6 : HR Discussions (couple of rounds - 30 mins each) At every stage, the discussions / conversations were extremely process oriented and gives you the sense of the organization's culture. The Hiring team made every possible attempt to keep the candidate well informed when there was a delay in setting up consecutive rounds of interviews or releasing offer letter. I am very impressed with the over all process.
