I applied online. I interviewed at New York Life (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
3 rounds of interview. HR, Hiring Manager and Department head. HR was behavioral questions and Hiring Manager was about fit. Department head interview was random questions where they acted disengaged and I was wasting his time. Whole process took 2.5 months. After the final interview was ghosted. Follow-up multiple times but no response and no update from the online site. Only found out through a LinkedIn update of the hired person
Process went pretty smoothly with only three rounds before offer was presented. All sessions were focused more on experience and background with no real "gotcha" questions. Overall, a positive experience.
