First interview you are directed to an office and it is a very conversational interview. Second interview you are paired with many other people at a table. Very quick and straight to the point. Then have to pass a insurance exam.

The interview process felt smooth and low-stress. HR first asked about my preferred location and background, followed by a conversation with a team member from the department I would be joining.

The interview process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The commission structure is 100%, with no base which did not work for me. Office was nice. Opted to interview for another role.

It is super nice and straightforward, no hard behavior questions. and they genuinely want to learn about you instead of trying to test your bs skills. Be yourself and be truly excited about the company.
