Interview
I was referred by an employee: First round with a recruiter. She was a mess. Spent first 20 mins trying to fix computer, docs & then asked 15 questions in the last 10 mins. She was disengaged & unprofessional. Second round was with a VP. Really nice guy and it went well. Last round was with a regional manager and another VP. They asked questions from a list of questions. After that sent emails to the recruiter but she ghosted me. Didn’t even reply once. Advice to recruiting: please have candidate feedback for recruiter you will see how bad they are.
