Interview
Honestly I've never been treated worse by a company than NYP in 12+ years of my career.
First, 2 interviews (not including recruiter) , then completely ghosted for 3 months - no response to multiple emails.
Then out of nowhere they ask me to do a third interview (3 months after initial rounds with no details on process or timeline or what is taking so long). I follow up twice more after 3rd round and finally get a canned generic email rejection after 3 rounds of interviews. cannot believe they treat people like this.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Aug 2012
Interview
The interview path was a long and arduous process from initial referral to phone screen to VP interview to management team interview. This took place over a five month time period until offer was extended.
