Came in right after graduation during covid, it was a phone interview with 5 basic med lab questions and a few social condition questions. The interview last 30 mins with a supervisor and lab manager.

Took so long. Laboratory orientation was partially completed later became some what problematic when the supervisor tried to force me to sign the orientation checklist before inspection. The human resources location and the actual laboratory setting were at distant locations.
