Interview
Completed two different interviews for two different positions at the Weill Cornell campus back in April— haven’t heard back. No communication whatsoever. It would be nice to hear back whether yes or no so we can move on. Interviewers asked questions about my career choices, making me feel targeted for not choosing to pursue PGY2 residency.

One HR phone screen, one HR behavioral type interview and one manager interview. All happened within 2 weeks and process was smooth and relatively easy.
