I interviewed with the HR recruiter on the phone first then the manager of the floor then the workers on the floor. Overall it was a smooth interview process and each question was easy to answer.

When is a time you have had to deal with a difficult patient and how did you handle it?
First applied, then got a phone interview with recruiter then HR recruiter, then interview with nurse manager and rest of nursing team and staff. Overall questions were very similar to regular nursing interview questions.
