I applied Jan 2023, application was showing as submitted. Then, about 10 days later it show as under consideration or something similar. I received an email to schedule an interview with HR with multiple slots for availability in a 3 week window or so. It was a very unusual interview, the manager went straight to ask me how long I was doing L&D and after telling her a little over a year(position i applied for was listed as req 1 yd lnd) the person said she could not hire me for the position i applied which was days part time lnd and went on to offer full time nights. It has been the more awkward interview I ever had...
