Laid back interview with the CEO where he asks basic questions regarding your education and GPA. During the interview he menitoned that I had to take an assessment. I had no prior knowledge of this before the interview. Assessment is 40 mins long and included Math (precalculus), Logical Thinking, Excel and English. I asked about PTO and he said you accrue one day per year and they pay 50% of your benefits and no life insurance plan is available. No one followed up to let me know if I was slected. I am happy I didn't get an offer good luck to anyone who works there. In my opinion they want a genius to do HR which has nothing to do with the test they give. They need to look at their hiring process. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.
