Online self interview, then online, then in person. Sadly I think I was just the ‘diversity’ interview. Newmont’s diversity is lacking. I did not appreciate them wasting so much of my time - which included 4 days away for the site visit. If I did it again I wouldn’t agree to a site visit until an offer was made and they proved legitimate interest.
