I was approached by their HR Director and set up for a phone screen by her. After the first call, I was called for an on-site interview to meet the hiring manager and other members of the team. I was surprised from the very beginning at how the whole interview process was so structured and organized. Everyone during the interview was super involved, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the process was extremely fast compared to other companies. They take you and your time seriously, which is otherwise rare.

The interview consisted of 4,5 hours back to back interview with two VP and a Project Director. - A few days later another interview was scheduled over skype with a Project Director located at a different country. - Two days later I was informed they went with another candidate because the other candidate had financial experience.
