It was great. The people were great to talk to, the process was smooth. First round with the Recruiter who explained the whole process upfront, and then the hiring manager and team (people I'd be working with) followed by a last round with senior management.

I was approached by their HR Director and set up for a phone screen by her. After the first call, I was called for an on-site interview to meet the hiring manager and other members of the team. I was surprised from the very beginning at how the whole interview process was so structured and organized. Everyone during the interview was super involved, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the process was extremely fast compared to other companies. They take you and your time seriously, which is otherwise rare.
