Nexient Human Resources interview questions

Applied to the job and heard back within a few days. Had an initial phone screening/interview with a recruiter, then a second interview with some HR professionals. I was told this was the entirety of the process, until I got a call not even 20 minutes after I finished the interview asking me for a final round, which I thought was odd/disorganized. I did the final round and it went very well; the interviewer was very kind and pleasant to talk to. Was told I would hear back, regardless of the decision. Never heard back. I even reached out to my recruiter multiple times. BEYOND inconsiderate and rude. I think it's very reflective of a company's culture. I actually had two recruiters because my first one quit during the <2 weeks my interviewing process took, if that tells you anything about this company.
