Interview
Three part interview. Phone interview with recruiter, technical with senior developer and personnel done by HR. Although nervous about the technical part, the interviewer was wonderful and understanding about being nervous. Just asked me to walk through my thought process.

Simple coding problem that involved understanding arrays and loops.
I didn't go further than working with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor working out of Detroit, Michigan - I am concerned because I thought she was really rude when she chuckled at my salary goals and would have preferred a kinder and more professional interaction. One bullet point on her LinkedIn is - Cultivated an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process, enhancing internal client satisfaction. I have to wholeheartedly disagree. Based on my experience this is an outright lie on the candidate experience side.

I was offered the job at an extrememly low salary. $55,000 below the national average. I then received an offer letter via email which was for $5,000 less than the original offer. When i called to ask about this they said, yea, thats all we can offer. Developers should not take salaries this low. They are doing the rest of us a disservice
