Met actual engineers through UCF career fair where I received an invite to interview the day after. I ultimately got a call back from HR to schedule 2 extra interviews. The first being 30 min with regional managers and the second being an hour with the actual team. Predominantly behavioral and clarification on past work. They are predominantly looking for willing engineers to teach. Be willing to work.
They wanted to see my thought process and how much i valued safety. They asked both behavioral questions and questions about solar. Ive had experience in solar and that let me answer the more theoretical questions better
